- Chest pain or tightness : Especially when you breathe in or cough.
- Abnormal sounds when breathing : Such as wheezing or rattling sounds.
- Unusual fatigue: Feeling more tired than usual even during daily routines.

The best way to take care of your lung health is to avoid risk factors like smoking, dust, smoke, and pollution, as well as to exercise regularly and eat healthy food to keep your lungs strong at all times.
