      When infected with #COVID-19, most people experience a short-term cough, but some people have a cough that’s long-lasting.   • Use throat sprays or cough tablets to hydrate your throat.
  • In case of a persistent cough, use cough medicines or herbal treatments.
  • Try to sleep on your side or on a high pillow.
  • Exercise regularly to stimulate your immune system for a faster recovery.
  • Get a good night's rest.
